We, PETROCON ECC W.L.L. are committed to delivering quality engineering services and timely completion of projects within stipulated budget to satisfy our customer needs and expectations. To achieve this, we endeavor to meet the applicable requirements, objectives and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through our services, approaches, and practices.

PECC intends to achieve this by:

1. Clearly defining the procedures, plans, processes/engineering systems and quality objectives that are continuously improved to meet organizational and customer/client needs and expectations.
2. We believe in our human resources and consider them as our most valuable assets. We strive to keep the best communication with our clients at all levels.
3. Earning a reasonable return for our efforts, which will allow the company to prosper and grow as a business and to ensure continued service to our customers and clients.
4. Four Quality Golden Rules:
   • Listen to what the Client wants.
   • Give the Client what he wants.
   • Make it right from the first time.
   • Do not hesitate to give your idea to enhance the system.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

We, “PETROCON ECC W.L.L. are committed to providing a comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety Oriented, Lost Time Injury (LTI) free Services, on time at all workplaces, for all employees, customers/clients, visitors and others who are involved directly / indirectly with our Functions. To achieve this, we endeavor to meet the applicable legal requirements, objectives and continually improve the effectiveness of the Health & Safety Management System through our services, approaches, and practices”

PECC shall fulfill this policy by:

1. This policy has been established on the basis that health and safety of our employees, customers and client, visitors and others who all are involved directly or indirectly with our business are of paramount importance to the sustainability of our business.
2. Managing OH&S hazards and associated risks to the accepted level.
3. No damage to people, property, environment, and reputation.
4. Complying with all applicable OH&S legal and other requirements.
5. Create an environment and provide pieces of training to prevent injury and ill health at workplace.
6. Continual Improvement of Company’s OH&S Management and OH&S performance.
7. Safety is everybody’s responsibility.
8. Promoting Safety culture: Learn safety, Practice safety, Preach safety
9. This OH&S Policy shall be communicated to all personnel at all levels within the organization and shall be made reviewed for its continuing suitability.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We, PETROCON ECC W.L.L. are committed to the protection of the environment by preventing pollution and to reduce impacts of our activities by offering comprehensive environmental friendly products, solutions & services, on all workplaces, for all employees, customers / clients, visitors and others who are involved directly / indirectly with our functions. To achieve this, we endeavor to meet the applicable compliance obligations, objectives and continually improve the effectiveness of the Environmental Management System through our services, approaches, and practices

PECC shall fulfill this policy by:

1. Assessing the impact of its activities on the environment.
2. Measuring and controlling emissions detrimental to the environment, performing waste management, protection of job premises and surrounding areas.
3. Complying with the legal and other requirements that relate to its environmental aspects.
4. Understanding the Environmental aspects involved, preventing pollution and other types of harms and reducing the impacts
5. Providing awareness on the sustainability topic and promoting the efficient use of energy, water, paper and other resources.
6. Making continual Improvement in PECC Environmental Management System performance.
7. This Environmental Policy shall be communicated to all personnel at all levels within the organization and shall be reviewed for its continuing suitability.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY

Manufacturer, Distribution, Possession, Sale or Use of an illegal substance in the workplace or while engaged in Petrosev’s business is strictly prohibited.
Being intoxicated by alcohol or drugs while working on PETROCON ECC activities is strictly prohibited.
Operating a PETROCON ECC vehicle while impaired by the use of alcohol or drug or medicine is strictly prohibited.

SMOKING POLICY

PETROCON ECC does not permit smoking in any of its offices or vehicles. Smokers are required to go out or use a designated smoke area.
PETROCON ECC considers violations of any of these policies, grounds for disciplinary action.
